for Yoga in the Vines
Barwang Vineyard, Harden, Friday 8th September 2023, 2-5pm.
Join us at Barwang Vineyard (1598 Barwang Rd, Harden) for a nuturing yoga and sound healing yoga class, followed by time to connect over a Barwang Wine (or cuppa!!).
Arrive at Barwang at 1.45pm to meet the group and be transported up to the top of the vineyard overlooking the vines and surrounding hills. A welcome herbal tea and bliss ball will await you whilst we centre and create an intention for our afternoon. You will then be led through a gentle yoga class to nuture and nourish you in nature. Drift into bliss with a beautiful sound healing with drums and crystal bowls.
The afternoon will finish by the fire with a glass of Barwang, or a cuppa, and light snacks. Give your body, mind and soul the gift of healing amongst nature and great company.
