“Learning to embrace a perfectly imperfect life.” – 3 Bush Seeds

Skye Regan

Skye Regan

Skye grew up in the bush on a farm near Coolah NSW, igniting a lifelong love of the land and rural communities.

Early in life Skye knew she wanted to teach. She completed a Bachelor of Education from University of Canberra in 2001, and started teaching in rural NSW. Through this experience she met and married her life partner and now lives with him and their 3 beautiful children on their farm in South Western NSW.

Her yoga journey started in 2002 when she was in her first year of Primary teaching. She was feeling overwhelmed and finding it difficult to sleep. Skye found a local yoga class and at the end of her first savasana felt an incredible feeling of calm and peace. She was hooked! She immediately felt the results.

She was unaware at the time that this would become a life-long passion and be an important aspect of her life. As she gained more balance from yoga and benefited from becoming more skilful in her reactions to life, she wanted to learn more about yoga, develop herself and give back to her local community. It was a natural progression to begin her study of Yoga.

Skye completed her yoga training to become a qualified Yoga and Meditation Teacher through Insync Institute in Canberra in 2009, going from the yoga studio to the hospital to have her second child!

She has offered Yoga classes in her local community and surrounding towns since 2010, inspiring men and women to take care of themselves and find balance in their everyday life. She brings a creative playfulness to all of her classes, while incorporating the benefits for your mind and body.  You can’t help but feel lighter and happier after taking one of her classes.

Skye completed further training in 2014 (Relax Kids Teacher Training) enabling her teach yoga classes to children, marrying her love of Primary teaching and yoga. She feels honoured to be able to give children aswell as adults tools in mindfulness, relaxation and stress management.

Skye continues to grow her learning in holistic health and healing and completed a Health Coaching Certificate in 2017 through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). She aims to support people to reach their own health goals by guiding them in making simple lifestyle changes. Skye hopes to empower people to create healthy, long lasting habits so they can lead a happier, healthier, more balanced and fulfilling life.

Wendy Bowman

Wendy Bowman

Wendy lives in Harden with her husband and two gorgeous children. She grew up on a farm at Reid’s Flat and has lived in regional NSW most of her life. Wendy studied a Bachelor of Social Work in 1998 at UNSW, then completed a Graduate Certificate in HRM (CSU 2006) and has been worked within the injury management arena as a consultant until she recently joined her husband helping him run his family farm.

After having children Wendy discovered the power of yoga. Mothering two young children, living on a farm and working part time she knew there was something profound in the practice of Yoga and that it could help create more balance and harmony in her life.  In 2012 she began studying a Yoga and Meditation Course through Insync Institute in Canberra, then commenced teaching Yoga locally. She has combined her experience working with individuals in the counselling field with her love of Yoga and can see how these can be paired so beautifully together.

Wendy is passionate about making Yoga accessible to as many people as possible, especially those who don’t consider themselves to be yogis. She offers options for postures so each person in her class can experience success, knowing that everyone can gain many benefits from the practice. She infuses her classes with yogic wisdom and a sprinkle of humour.

Wendy has worked extensively in the health arena and can see the benefits of holistic health to transform people’s lives. There are many ways yoga can support people experiencing mental health illness and or challenges. She sees the growing evidence from research into the benefits of yoga to reduce anxiety and depression as incredible gift for students to add to their toolbox of practical tools to support their own health and healing.  She sees life as something we have more control over and empowers clients to make life adjustments through counselling. In 2022 she completed Mental Health Aware Yoga Training with Clinical Psychologist, Dr Lauren Tober, and looks forward to infusing her yoga classes with this wisdom, as well as offering the many evidence base backed practices to her life adjustment counselling clients.  Wendy sees life as perfectly imperfect and is passionate about working with clients to steer their own journey using practical tools that make a difference.

Nicki Pearce

Nicki Pearce

Nic grew up in Cooma, the foothills of the Snowy Mountains. She was fortunate to grow up in a family passionate about health & well-being.

Nicki now lives on a beautiful property near Adelong NSW, with her husband & two gorgeous kiddos in the hills surrounded by Hereford cattle. Nicki has a love for animals, particularly horses. She found working on the farm rewarding but the high level of masculine energy in the work environment made the need to connect with other women so important.

Nicki’s health and yoga journey began when she had difficulty falling pregnant. Nothing was ‘wrong’ but her body was out of balance and exhausted. She soon discovered the mind-blowing power of yoga & meditation which started her on this continuous journey of discovery.

As a Mum, Nicki is so passionate about health and well being and trying to balance the pillars of health (mind, body, & spirit). This passion was ignited when her children had gut issues and it led her on a holistic path to achieving gut health. Nic learnt you need to take charge of your own health…‘You can’t unknow what you know’ is one of her favourite sayings & once you open this door it is amazing where it leads you!!!

Nicki is currently completing her Yoga Teacher Training at Insync in Canberra which is a life changing course. After completing a Kids Yoga Teacher Training Course with Zenergy Yoga in Sydney in 2015, Wendy convinced Nicki to look into further training & she hasn’t looked back.

For Nicki life is about balancing all her loves…. family, the farm, her animals, her passion for health & her yoga. In combination it makes her heart sing!
